Step 1 – gather up your leaves

Step 2 – put them into black bags, packing them down so that they are quite compact

Step 3 – Tie the tops of the bags and place in a dark place, such as the corner of your garden, and forget about them until next Spring!

Result = great leaf mulch to keep your soil healthy next year – and for free!
