The owner of this courtyard garden in the heart of Wanstead was looking for a pretty and use-able space to maximise how he could use it. He wanted to ensure it was private, with a contemporary and clean look.
To answer this brief we installed trellis along the neighbouring boundaries, painted a dark grey colour to match the client’s shed. Large porcelain tiles were used to create a fresh and clean surface, and reclaimed Victorian bricks were used, matching the house, to make the flower-bed and edge around the shed. The existing man-hole was no problem, and a special drain cover was used to match into the porcelain tiles.
